I am in network with these insurers:
If one of these insurers provides you with coverage, as an in-network provider I will directly bill your insurance company for reimbursements. You will be responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, or any other out-of-pocket costs. Upon starting services, I am usually able to provide information about any out-of-pocket costs, but you are encouraged to contact your insurer directly to gather this information. I am glad to assist you with what specific questions to ask.
My standard fee per counseling session is $180 per session not billed to insurance. If I am in-network with your insurance company, I will charge the fee amount set by your insurer. This usually leaves a relatively small amount of out-of-pocket expenses for you, although, co-pays and deductibles can vary widely even within insurance plans that have the same name.
If I am not in-network with your insurance, I will provide a monthly statement which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Some insurers will still pay a substantial portion of the fee for out-of-network services.
I reserve a few spots on my caseload for those who are less able to afford therapy. Please feel free to discuss this option with me.
As of January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act (NSA) offers new protections for clients seeking mental health services. This law helps ensure transparency about the cost of care and prevents unexpected medical bills.
